I didn’t feel like there was much compassion at all, and the professionalism was lacking. The whole interaction felt cold and awkward, and that part was weird because you’d expect a little more care in that kind of situation.

I was trying to find some help for my rabbit, and at first the site made it seem like there would be options nearby. Then I searched and basically nothing useful came up?! It was frustrating, especially when you’re trying to get information quickly. not much help if you have an exotic pet

I wasn’t exactly thrilled with how the pricing was presented. It felt like I had to click around and dig for basic cost info, which got frustrating after a while. By the time I had a better idea of what things might cost, the whole visit didn’t feel worth it. For the price, I would have appreciated clearer details up front. I doubt I’ll use petvet.org again.

I picked up my dog after grooming yikes. His cut was uneven in a few spots, and he had this weird smell that definitely wasn’t fresh or clean. Disappointed.

I guess the patient portal gets the job done sometimes, which is something, but it’s still frustrating to use. It loads slowly, and finding records or messages isn’t as straightforward as it should be. I’ve already had to reset my password twice, which didn’t exactly help. Maybe it’s useful once you figure it out, but booking appointments and managing things really should be easier than this

"Pretty useless if you have a normal work schedule"
I tried using petvet.org the hours are kind of ridiculous if you work a regular daytime job. Like, not everyone can just leave work in the middle of the day to deal with vet stuff. I was hoping for some decent evening options or at least solid Saturday availability, but everything felt super limited and annoying to plan around. Maybe it works fine for people with flexible schedules, but for me it was basically useless.

"Refills shouldn’t feel this uncertain"
I tried using petvet.org to refill my pet’s prescription, it ended up being more frustrating than I expected. The site looks straightforward at first, but after submitting the request, I wasn’t totally sure it had even gone through. When it comes to pet medication, I feel like there’s a basic responsibility to make the process clear, because people are trying to take care of an animal that depends on them.
To be fair, the refill did get handled eventually, so it wasn’t a complete failure. But if your pet needs meds soon, this probably isn’t the most reassuring or convenient option. A refill system should give you confidence, not leave you guessing

I was just coming in for a simple visit, but the digital forms kept glitching on me, and then I still had to fill out more paperwork once I got to the clinic. It felt like a lot more hassle than it needed to be!!

The actual visit was fine, nothing really to complain about there. But afterward was a different story. I had a few questions about my pet’s meds and ended up calling more than once just to get a simple answer. Each time I was stuck waiting in the phone queue, which got old really fast. They told me someone would follow up, but it took way longer than I expected, and I still felt like I had to keep chasing them. Not the worst place, but they definitely need to work on communication and follow-up.

Every time I bring my dog in, it feels like we see someone new. I’d really prefer having the same vet who actually knows his history, but so far it’s been a different person each visit. Kinda frustrating, tbh.

I went on petvet.org looking for my dog’s usual flea meds and a few pharmacy basics, and almost everything I needed was either out of stock or not even listed. Like, why make me click through all that just to find out it’s not available??
I ended up buying from another site instead. Maybe I just caught them at a bad time?? But the pharmacy section felt limited and unreliable, so I don’t think I’d bother again

"Couldn’t get help when it actually mattered"
I had an emergency with my dog and couldn’t get anyone on the line quickly. It was really stressful sitting there waiting and not knowing what to do. They can use all the polished language they want about being there for pets, but in that moment, it sure didn’t feel that way.

I feel like every time I go in, there’s a completely different staff working. It’s frustrating because you never see the same person twice, so you end up having to explain things all over again and go through too many steps just to get something simple handled.

Dealing with their claim support was exhausting. I kept having to ask the same questions over and over, and it felt like I was practically begging someone to give me a straight answer about what was happening with my claim.
Every time I reached out, I just got passed around or given vague replies, which made me more resentful the longer it dragged on. For pet insurance, I expected at least some basic help and clarity, but this was a really disappointing experience. I wouldn’t use them again.

"Referral help was decent, just a little slow"
I used Petvet.org to find a specialist referral for my dog, i was relieved they could point me in the right direction. The information they gave me was clear, and I did end up with the names I needed, so I can’t really complain too much there.
The only thing was, in my head I was thinking, “Okay, this should probably move a little faster,” because it took longer than I expected and I had to follow up myself. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not as smooth as I’d hoped. Overall, it was fine, but a quicker response would’ve made it better

"Some of the website info seemed out of date"
I was looking through the site a few things just didn’t line up with what I found later elsewhere. Like some pages felt a bit outdated, and once I noticed that, it made me second-guess the booking details and service info. Maybe it’s not all wrong, but I definitely wouldn’t rely on it without checking another source first.
